  • What are your opening hours?

    Our customer service telephone opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. You can make purchases from our website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit cards, debit cards and Paypal payments that are secured using Sagepay. Direct bank transfer is also available on request by calling 033370001111
  • Do you offer a click and collect service?

    Unfortunately we do not currently offer a click and collect service. We do however offer a call and collect service from our stores. To find your nearest store and place your order over the phone for collection please visit our store locator page by clicking here
  • Do you have your own delivery vehicles?

    Products from our online store are delivered using couriers TNT & Palletways. We have our own fleet of branded vehicles that service our local store deliveries.

  • Do your roof windows come with a guarantee?

    Yes. Duratech, Velux, Fakro and Rooflite Roof Windows come with a 10 year guarantee. Roto Roof Windows come with a 15 year guarantee.
  • Do you have the New Velux range in stock?

    Yes, we stock the new Velux range (V22). Stocked items are delivered to you the next working day for orders placed before 2pm. For specialist items and irregular sizes products are delivered direct to you from Velux and take 2-3 working days.
  • How to identify your Velux roof window?

    The information is located in the right hand corner of the top sash behind the ventilation flap.
  • What is the minimum pitch you can install a roof window on?

    15 degrees.
  • What is the difference between a blackout blind and Roller Blind?

    A blackout blind will block any light from entering the room, whereas the roller blind softens the light if it gets too strong during the summer.
  • What is the cut out hole for a skylight window?

    The aperture will be the external frame size.
  • Why am I not allowed to install a skylight into an inhabited roof space?

    The skylight does not meet building regulations, the unit has no thermal properties and all heat will be lost.
  • How to perform a ridge for the felt shingles?

    Each shingle tab is used to form a ridge shingle, carefully bend each tab over the ridge, ensuring the centre of each tab is along the ridge line.
  • How many tiles do I need to remove to install a plain tile vent?

    2 tiles will need to be removed.
