All other Delivery Charges are based on weight and location, please add products to your basket to calculate shipping

A small amount of product lines from particular manufacturers listed below will incur a supplier delivery surcharge. The details of these surcharges can be seen at the bottom of this page.

Next Day Delivery available on orders of stocked items if placed before 2pm

Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm. Delivery times apply to weekdays only.

While every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time, this can occasionally fail so delivery timescales are never guarateed.

On Receipt Of Your Order

Please check the contents thoroughly, any damage must be noted on signature at the time of delivery. If any of the packages are damaged, or you suspect damage of any kind, clearly write DAMAGED on the paperwork or refuse the whole delivery. Please advise us immediately of any delivery received damaged, or items missing, if items are missing then we must be notified within 48 hours. Claims may not be accepted if the above procedures are not followed.

 

Please only refuse delivery if the goods are damaged. If you refuse delivery because you have changed your mind or wish to cancel your order you must do this before an order is dispatched by the couriers or by our suppliers otherwise you will incur a restocking charge and the delivery charge will be non-refundable

 

Please make sure to not accept deliveries on any damaged or incorrect items. Make sure to check inspect the goods properly and notify us right away if there are any issues. You must not install damaged items if you wish to get refund as installing an item will mean you have taken full responsibility of the goods.
