Kingspan Thermapitch TP10
Kingspan Thermapitch TP10 is a high-performance rigid PIR (polyisocyanurate) insulation board designed for use in tiled or slated pitched warm roof spaces. With excellent thermal conductivity and durable construction, TP10 delivers reliable long-term performance while helping meet modern energy efficiency standards.
Key Features
- Thermal Performance: λ = 0.022 W/m·K, ensuring superior insulation with reduced thickness.
- Construction: Rigid thermoset PIR insulation core, faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil autohesively bonded during manufacture.
- Mechanical Strength: Declared compressive stress of 140 kPa at 10% compression (tested to BS EN 826).
- Fire Performance: Under System 4 AVCP, Thermapitch TP10 achieves a Euroclass rating of F.
- Weight: Approx. 3.21 kg/m² at 100 mm thickness.
- Sustainability: Manufactured at BES 6001 “Good” certified facilities in Pembridge (Herefordshire) and Selby (North Yorkshire).
