Kingspan Insulation
Kingspan now stand as the market leading manufacturer of rigid insulation products.
Kingspan Insulation was founded in 1965 by Eugene Murtagh. Their products are used on countless huge projects, one of the most prominent projects is London 2012 Olympic Village. Their product range is vast, consisting of fit for purpose insulation boards which will insulate everything from Wastewater management, Structural Steel Systems and of course building structures.
Why use Kingspan Insulation?
Apart from the obvious long-standing history of supplying some of Britain’s most iconic buildings, Kingspan has many more advantages for using their brand in your build. One of which is its High Compressive Strength. The use of advanced manufacturing technologies helps create a permeable long-lasting board able to withstand the obvious wear and tear it may incur over the years. This Durability has become more of a prominent issue over the years due to the rising popularity of Green Roofs. Another benefit is high-grade thermal performance which runs throughout their range. A 60mm thick board can offer adequate thermal performance to meet building regulations. The Risk of Damp and mould growth is almost eliminated due to the phenolic boards having a closed cell structure stopping water ingress. The phenolic material used also has its environmental benefits. The foams HCFC and CFC free with an ozone exhaustion level of zero. I said previously the range is vast, check out the available products we stock below.
