Non-lead flashing material which can be used for most lead sheet applications. The material is lighter and easier to use than lead, and also 50% quicker to dress. The alternative flashing is environmentally friendly, and supplied in six or twelve metre lengths. Used not just by roofers but also DIYers due to its plyability, ease of use and simple instructions.
Ubiflex non-lead waterproof flashing material is manufactured from reinforced aluminium mesh with a mixture of modified bitumen. The material provides a weatherproof junction at features such as changes of direction and materials
