Restec Flexitec 2020 Resin Accelerator

Winter accelerators are essentially a little pot of turbo charged primer that speeds up the pot life and cure time of the systems in cold weather. The Restec Resin Accelerators are added to a tin of Flexitec primer and stirred in before adding the usual amount of catalyst.

The Restec Flexitec Resin Accelerator should only be used If the temperature is between 1°C and 5°C. Winter Accelerators must be used to ensure the laminate will fully cure. If the temperature is between 5°C and 10°C, winter Accelerators may be used to speed up cure time and pot life for a quicker installation.

Restec Flexitec 2020 Resin is applied in two coats. The first coat & second coat is used with a brush or roller. The resin can be applied in temperatures as low as one °C (with winter accelerator) or as high as 30°C.
