This is why EPDM is well-suited as an exposed roofing material as it boasts impressive durability. Thanks to glass-fibre reinforcement, the material is even more stable and resistant to shrinkage.

The RESITRIX® SKW Full Bond Self Adhesive EPDM Membrane is a single layer application. It is root resistant and has been rated DIN EN 13948 and certified as having been FLL-Tested. What this means is that you can install this membrane either fully exposed or beneath roof gardens (intensive, extensive or biodiverse greenery) and living roof systems.

Other key benefits include a non-shattering effect, complete resistance to frost and rot, microorganisms, many different chemicals and atmospheric emissions. This primer contains no chlorine or plasticisers making it fully recyclable and is rated as fully elastic and highly flexible at temperatures as low as -40°C.
