Installation Advice:

• Select the appropriate Flexislate upstand angle based on the roof pitch.
• If installing over a boiler flue, ensure the flue pipe’s outer wall does not exceed 100°C.
• Cut the rubber sleeve using the pre-marked concentric grooves for a snug, weather-tight fit.
• Lubricate the rubber sleeve with liquid soap before fitting over the pipe.
• Apply Prepat or Patination Oil to all exposed lead surfaces to prevent staining and corrosion.
• For pitched roofs, welt the top edge of the tile for a secure finish.
