The Klober Single Pantile Vent is a smart, in-line roofing solution designed for popular concrete interlocking roof tiles. With its sleek design, the vent integrates seamlessly into the roofline, making it almost unnoticeable. Available in a range of colors, it ensures a perfect match with existing tiles for a consistent finish.

Engineered to fit leading Single Pantile profiles such as Sandtoft Shire Pantile, Redland Norfolk Pantile, Marley Anglia, and Forticrete Centurion, this vent is suitable for roof pitches of 20° or more. It features a built-in downpipe that delivers 10,000mm² of direct ventilation to the roof space, helping to prevent moisture buildup, mold growth, and structural damage. When paired with an adaptor and Flexipipe, it can also serve as a terminal for soil pipes and mechanical extraction systems, providing versatility in ventilation solutions.

Installation Instructions:

• Align the vent tile with the tile below.
• Cut a 120mm x 180mm rectangle and create a star cut from the corners.
• Fold the tabs back and secure the top tab to the batten.
• Fix the vent tile, ensuring the clip fits under the left-hand interlock of the roof tile.
• Continue with regular tiling to complete the installation.
