Eco-Cavity partial fill cavity wall insulation boards are a high-performance solution designed specifically for masonry walls. Conveniently sized to align with standard brick and block dimensions, the boards allow easy placement of wall ties at the correct spacing, making installation straightforward and efficient.

Manufactured from rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR), Eco-Cavity provides excellent thermal insulation with a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK across all available thicknesses, ensuring consistent energy efficiency. Both inner and outer facings feature a durable aluminium composite foil, bonded during production to enhance thermal performance and moisture resistance.

Eco-Cavity insulation boards are engineered to maintain structural integrity under compression while providing excellent thermal efficiency.
