Cure-It GRP C100L Simulated Lead Flashing Long Leg (3m) 100mm

The Cure-It GRP C100L Simulated Lead Flashing Long Leg is a preformed and prefinished lead simulation trim designed to replace lead flashing. The trim is dark grey in colour to match the appearance of traditonal lead. This trim's use is imperative when a D300 or D260 wall fillet is used below. The L-shaped 35mm 'lip' will be installed into the chased wall and then secured with your choice of adhesive.

The simulated lead trim is an expansive three metres long; however, if your chase length is longer than three metres, you can join the trim by creating an 50mm overlap to the connecting trim. It is important to secure the overlap bond using the Cure-it PU adhesive.

Question: Do you cover the simaulted lead flashing with topcoat? 

Answer: No, it is not over the trim with a topcoat. The simulated lead flying is already non-adhesive.  

Question: How far should I insert the simulated lead flashing in the wall ? 

Answer: Insert the simulated lead flashing in the wall by a minimum of 30mm.
