The Cromar Vent 3 Pro is a triple layered, high performance breather membrane. It is made from high tensile spun bonded polypropylene layers that are wrapped around a micro porous polypropylene film. It has been specifically designed for use in both fully supported and completely unsupported roof systems. You can use this highly adaptable product regardless of whether your roof is tiled, slated, or metal.

The Cromar Vent 3 Pro has become the number one choice of breather membrane for professionals due to its high vapour permeability, waterproof nature, excellent tear strength, and high wind uplift resistance. It is also diverse in its functionality – you can drape it over rafters unsupported or lay it directly over insulation.

Consisting of three layers, the Cromar Vent 3 Pro is fully waterproof while enabling moisture vapour to pass through its specialised fabric. The outer layer forms the functional waterproof surface, the middle layer is the breathable membrane itself, and the inner layer protects the membrane from abrasion and mechanical damage while also providing it with additional strength and support. This means that no additional ventilation will be required.

All Cromar felt membranes are BBA certified and suitable for both cold and warm roof applications. Made up of three layers of spun bonded membrane, the Cromar Vent 3 Pro is easy to use and requires little to no maintenance. You won’t have to worry about gusting wind noise due to the felt’s excellent tensile strength. It also offers great nail tear resistance and will be UV stable for up to three months from the initial point of instalment.

A Cromar Vent 3 Pro roll is 50 meters long and available in two widths – 1 meter or 1.5 meters. These are standard sizes that will conform easily to any typical roof configuration or the individual working practices of the installer.
