All Castlewood End Caps are made of TPO Plastic which is durable and has high impact resistance under harsh weather conditions and extreme low temperatures of - 40deg C.

Castlewood polymer capped composite decking is one of the most attractive and durable decking boards on the market. Castlewood polymer capped decking combines the proven strength of high density polythene plastic and wood fibres with a unique outer shell of polymer that encapsulates the board in an impermeable layer of protection from scratches stains and fading. 

Castlewood polymer capped decking boards are manufactured from 95 percent recycled materials including clear plastic bottles and reclaimed wood fibres, which are excellent eco-friendly alternatives to wood. 

Castlewood polymer capped decking boards are backed by one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry. 25 year limited transferable warranty and a 2 year labour warranty for residential applications and a 10 year warranty for commercial applications. 

All our polymer capped decking boards are double sided. Side A has a natural wood grain effect. Side B has a more subtle wood grain effect combined with surface grooves. Either side can be used depending on your preference.
