BMI Redland DryVent Monoridge System Double Roman/LDR (2.7m)

The DryVent Monoridge System provides a continuous weathertight ventilation path from roof void to the outside. The mechanically fixed system complies with the requirements of the building regulations.

Suitable for use with all our tiles and slates with Half Round and Universal Angle Monoridge Tiles with the exception of Old Hollow, Cathedral Clay Pantile, Postel and BMI Redland 49. Use Landmark monoridge tiles with Rosemary Clay plain tiles.

Minimum pitch is the minimum pitch of the tile or slate, except Regent where it is 15°.

Each pack contains sufficient components to secure 6 monoridge tiles.

• Profile Filler Units (uPVC - grey)
• Monoridge Ridge to Ridge Seal (polypropylene - grey)
• Fixing Screws (stainless steel) and Washers (neoprene)

In addition, monoridge tiles will be required in a colour to suit, with matching Block End Monoridge Tiles, Left Hand and Right Hand, at all gable ends. Please note that Block End Monoridge Tile colours are not available for Rosemary, Heathland, DuoPlain or Plain Tile Natural Red.

A timber batten, 25 mm thick, must be fixed vertically to allow monoridge tile fixing.
