Powerdeck U (Torch-On) Insulation Board

Powerdeck® U is a high-performance rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board designed for warm flat roofs with bituminous torch-on felt waterproofing systems. With a low thermal conductivity (λ = 0.024 - 0.027 W/mK) and compressive strength exceeding 150 kPa, it ensures superior insulation and a stable, smooth surface for optimal performance.

Lightweight and easy to cut, Powerdeck® U simplifies handling and installation. Its bitumen-coated glass fleece facing enhances compatibility with torch-on felt systems. Manufactured with a zero ODP and low GWP blowing agent, it’s an environmentally responsible choice.

This moisture-tolerant insulation board maintains long-term thermal efficiency, won’t degrade when exposed to moisture, and meets ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Powerdeck® U is also available in tapered forms to assist with roof drainage, ensuring a durable and energy-efficient roofing solution.
