A range of discreet ventilating tiles suitable for both low and high-level roof space ventilation, to combat condensation, as well as mechanical and soil pipe ventilation. Suitable for use with most popular interlocking concrete tiles and plain tiles.

Compatibility
- Complies with NHBC guidelines for high-level ventilation in new build housing
- Suitable for Slate 10 range, Renown, 50 Double Roman, Grovebury, Mini Stonewold, BMI Redland 49 and concrete Plain Tiles in a range of colours
- BMI Redland 49 Rapid Roof Vent Tile comes with an adaptor which must be used

COMPONENTS
- The Rapid Roof Vent is manufactured in UV stable PVC and polypropylene. No cap is required with this product
- Each Rapid Vent Tile is supplied with an Underlay Seal (polypropylene - clear)
- Flexible pipes are available for connecting to a 110mm soil vent pipe or mechanical ventilation duct

Fixing
Details
- Suitable for roof space ventilation, mechanical extraction and soil vent termination. No building height restriction applies to the new Mini Stonewold, 50 Double Roman, Grovebury, Renown or BMI Redland 49 vents for soil vent termination. A restriction to two storeys applies to the Plain Tile Rapid Roof Vent.
- The Underlay Seal provided should always be installed to maintain the integrity of the roofing underlay.
- Where Rapid Roof Vents are used in combination with insulation between the rafters, ensure that the pipe on the underside is clear of the insulation, by cutting the pipe where necessary.
- Rapid Roof Vents are not suitable for hot flue gases, please use the Gas Flue Ridge Terminal.
- For soil pipe termination do not install within 3 m horizontally and 900 mm vertically of an opening, e.g. roof windows and roof space ventilation.
