The Ulti-Mate Square Top Vent is expertly designed to fit square top roof profiles, making it an ideal choice for concrete interlocking roof tiles with a minimum pitch of 20°. Independently tested by the BRE, this vent ensures excellent durability and performance. Its design features a wider middle profile with a unique cut-out, as detailed in the Fixing Instructions, to ensure a more streamlined fit.
Equipped with a built-in downpipe, the Ulti-Mate Square Top Vent provides a direct ventilation path into the roof space, adhering to BS5250 standards. It offers a high airflow capacity of 10,000mm², ensuring efficient roof space ventilation with eaves spaced at 1.0m intervals and ridge spaced at 2.0m intervals.
This versatile vent can also serve as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes, as well as mechanical extraction systems. For easy installation, it can be connected to a Flexipipe without requiring an additional adaptor, making it a practical and flexible solution for various roofing needs.
