Ulti-mate Single Pantile Roof Vent - Grey

The Ulti-Mate Single Pan Tile Roof Vent is specifically designed to seamlessly integrate with single pantile roof profiles, making it the ideal solution for concrete interlocking roof tiles with a minimum pitch of 20°. Independently tested by BRE, this vent ensures optimal performance and durability. It is available in four versatile colors: Grey, Brown, Red, and Terracotta, to blend effortlessly with various roof styles.

This vent features a unique cut-out design, as detailed in the Fixing Instructions, for a more streamlined and in-line fit on the lower course tiles. The built-in downpipe provides a direct ventilation path into the roof space, adhering to BS5250 standards. It offers a substantial airflow capacity of 6,000mm², meeting eaves ventilation requirements of 10,000mm² at 0.6m intervals and ridge ventilation of 5,000mm² at 1.2m intervals.

The Ulti-Mate Single Pan Tile Roof Vent also doubles as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes or mechanical extraction systems. For extraction use, simply connect a Flexipipe—no additional adaptor required.
