Ulti-Mate Double Roman Vent - Grey

The Ulti-Mate Double Roman Vent is precisely designed to integrate with double Roman roof profiles, making it a perfect solution for concrete interlocking roof tiles with a minimum pitch of 20°. This vent has been independently tested by the BRE to ensure its reliability and performance. It comes in five versatile colours—Grey, Black, Brown, Red, and Terracotta—allowing it to blend seamlessly with a variety of roof styles.

Featuring a built-in downpipe, the Ulti-Mate Double Roman Vent provides a direct ventilation path into the roof space, meeting BS5250 standards. It offers a high airflow capacity of 10,000mm², designed to optimize roof space ventilation with eaves spaced at 1.0m intervals and ridge spaced at 2.0m intervals.

This vent is also versatile in function, serving as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes, as well as mechanical extraction systems. For easy installation, it can be used with a Flexipipe for extraction purposes without the need for an adaptor.
