Crafted from natural pine with a clear lacquered finish, the Fakro roof window features a double-glazed unit with an anti-burglary P2A laminated internal pane and an Argon gas-filled toughened outer pane for thermal efficiency and durability. The topSafe security system reinforces the sash with a steel slat and reinforced hinges for class III burglary resistance (EN13049). The actuator can be disengaged for 180° rotation, ensuring easy cleaning.  

Equipped with dual KA54 chain drive actuators, the natural pine window responds instantly to electrical signals from the control unit, ensuring rapid operation in emergencies. The window system includes flashing to suit 20° to 60° roof pitches, a control unit with an emergency backup battery, a smoke sensor, and a break glass alarm. Its RAL7022 external aluminium finish ensures longevity and weather resistance.
