Turbowent chimney cowls are designed to optimize and enhance chimney draft for both ventilation and smoke ducts. Mounted at the top of the chimney, these cowls help prevent issues such as reverse draft, rain intrusion, ice accumulation, and bird nesting. The primary function of the Turbowent cowl is to generate chimney draft using wind power. It comes in two versions: one with a flat, openable square base for flat chimneys, and another with an openable inlet pipe for installation on existing chimney liners.
