Ulti-mate 15 x 9 Roof Vent - Terracotta

The Ulti-Line 15×9 Vent Tile is specifically designed to fit the 15×9 Profile, making it an ideal “in-line” solution compatible with popular concrete interlocking roof tiles (see table for details). It supports roofs with a minimum pitch of 20°, as independently tested by the BRE. This vent tile is available in four color options: Grey, Brown, Red, and Terracotta. The tile features a cut-out section, with a wider middle profile as outlined in the Fixing Instructions.

Equipped with an integrated downpipe, the 15×9 Vent Tile provides a direct ventilation pathway into the roof space in compliance with BS5250 standards. It offers an airflow capacity of 10,000mm² (allowing 1.0m spacing at eaves for 10,000mm² and 2.0m spacing at ridge for 5,000mm² roof space ventilation). Additionally, the vent tile can be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes or mechanical extraction systems. When paired with a Flexipipe, no adaptor is needed for extraction purposes.
