The Ubiflex Extreme Fix Adhesive is a very high quality universal adhesive and sealant. It is the perfect companion for Ubiflex Extreme Flashing and creates a durable, reliable, and elastic seal. It can be used on a great many different surfaces, including natural stone, ceramics, concrete, glass, PU, uPVC, hard plastics, enamel, metals and wood, and even on damp surfaces as well.

The Ubiflex Extreme Fix Adhesive is based on an innovative and modern hybrid technology, and unlike many other adhesives, it cures under the influence of humidity to form a strong and secure elastic bond between the flashing and the substrate.

When using this product for general applications, the directions for use could not be simpler; apply a bead on the surface of the substrate and press the pre-dressed Ubiflex Extreme Flashing into position softly, so as not to degrade the bond level when the adhesive cures.

If you are applying this product with the flashing to profiled tiled roofs, you will need to adjust the application method. Cut back the nozzle with +/- 3cm if desired. Apply a 6 to 10 mm bead in every valley of the profiled tiles and press the pre-dressed Ubiflex Extreme softly into position. As an alternative, dots on every top can be used for steep roofs in milder wind zones. And as a joint sealant; the ratio between the joint depth and the joint width should be roughly 1:1 with a minimum of 5mm.

To make sure you are using this product correctly, the Ubiflex Extreme Fix Adhesive is not suitable for:

• Not Suitable For PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, Neoprene And Bituminous Surfaces
• Not Suitable For Continuous Water Load
• Not Suitable For Glazing Joints
• Not Suitable In Combination With Chlorides (Pools)
