TLX Gold Insulation Multi-Foil Insulation Membrane

TLX Gold is a high-performance multi-foil insulation and breather membrane designed to deliver both thermal efficiency and condensation control in pitched roof applications. Combining reflective multi-foil technology with a built-in breathable underlay, TLX Gold eliminates the need for a separate roofing membrane, simplifying installation and saving time on site.

With its multi-layer reflective core, TLX Gold reduces radiant heat loss, while the integrated breather membrane allows moisture vapour to escape, helping to prevent condensation within the roof structure. This makes it particularly effective in loft conversions, refurbishments, and new build projects where maintaining a warm, dry roof is critical.

TLX Gold is lightweight, flexible, and easy to install, draping directly over rafters or counter-battens. It has been independently tested and certified to meet NHBC requirements and is recognised by the LABC for use in pitched roof constructions.
