Timloc 3 in 1 Eaves Vent - 10mm

Efficient and robust all-in-one roof ventilation system, designed for use as an eaves protector, felt support, and over fascia vent, supplied in convenient 1m lengths. This multi-functional unit simplifies installation and enhances roof performance, with the option to include or exclude an integrated eaves comb filler.

The system provides continuous ventilation equivalent to a 10mm opening (10,000mm² per metre), ideal for pitched roofs with a slope greater than 15° and uninhabited loft or attic spaces.
