Sika® Flex 250 Facade

Sika® Flex 250 Facade is a premium-grade, elastic, one-component polyurethane joint sealant specifically developed for sealing expansion and connection joints in building facades. It offers excellent adhesion to most construction materials, exceptional flexibility, and UV resistance for long-term performance in both internal and external applications.

Typical Applications:

• Suitable for concrete, brickwork, metals, and synthetic materials.

Technical Details:

• Base: One-component polyurethane.
• Colour: Typically grey (other colours available on request).
• Application Temperature: +5°C to +40°C.
• Movement Capability: ±25% (ISO 11600 F-25LM).
• Curing Time: Approx. 2 mm per 24 hours (at 23°C / 50% RH).
• Packaging: 12 × 300ml cartridges per box.

Storage & Shelf Life:

Store in cool, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months in unopened, original packaging.
