Seal-a-Leak Repair Kit
Seal-a-Leak™ is an effective flat roof repair kit that has been specifically designed to provide an emergency or temporary waterproofing solution to membranes that have been punctured or otherwise damaged.
Comprising of a single component polyurethane based moisture curing liquid resin, this flat roof repair kit will be supplied by JJ Roofing in a 1 litre tub. A second tub will be included that contains an instruction sheet, priming solution and a polyester reinforcement fabric.
This flat roof repair kit is ideal for small repairs as well as a variety of bigger applications including but not limited to all of the following:

- Planters
- Mobile Home, RV and Camper Repairs
Prior to utilising this flat roof repair kit, ensure that the substrate is clean, dry and free of any material that would hinder proper adhesion. Only apply the liquid when the atmospheric and substrate temperatures are more than 5 degrees Celsius.
It is recommended to wear personal protective equipment when using this flat roof repair kit. Find the location where the roof membrane has been visibly punctured and surrounded by standing water.
Once identified, pour a sufficient amount of Seal-a-Leak™ liquid above the puncture and leave it to cure. The liquid will track into the hole right away and effectively plug it, which will stop any more water from entering the building.
You can keep any remaining Seal-a-Leak™ liquid in the tub for future use. The curing time is usually around 20 minutes.
