The RESTEC RESTRIM Simulated Lead Flashing C100 is a pre-formed fibreglass (GRP) flashing trim designed to replace traditional lead flashing in flat roofing applications. Finished in a dark grey colour to closely replicate the appearance of lead, it delivers a clean, professional detail without the weight, cost or associated issues of traditional lead.

Specifically designed for use in conjunction with Restec D260 Wall Fillet Trims, the C100 Simulated Lead Flashing provides a durable and weather-resistant solution at wall upstands and abutments. The trim features a 35mm return which slots neatly into the brickwork; a 25mm chase should be cut between brick courses to allow correct installation and a secure, long-lasting finish.
