Restec Flexitec Complete Kit

At JJ Roofing Supplies, we understand that fibreglass flat roofing often leaves the customer needing clarification. To solve this confusion, we created the Restec Flexitec complete kit. It will save you time sorting through websites to find the right components to complete your GRP roof. We have based this kit on the lamination of a standard OSB timber base at a medium temperature of 10°. The following elements below are listed in the kit:

1. Restec Flexitec 225g/m² CSM: A high-quality, consistent fibreglass mat that is incorporated into the first coat of Flexitec 2020 Resin. The fiberglass matting is used to provide strength to the system and ensures an even coverage rate, which is essential for any liquid applied.
2. Restec Flexitec Resin: Flexitec 2020 Resin is a unique flexible multi-surface fibreglass system. This is a one-part system to be used as the base and topcoat.
3. Restec Fleixtec Primer: Flexitec 2020 Primer is a rapid-curing, cold-applied liquid used to prime roof surfaces before applying the Flexitec 2020 System.
4. Restec Mixing Bucket 10L: The Restec Flexitec bucket can hold liquids of up to 10 litres. The Flexitec bucket has a handy guide for an accurate ratio of our primer, resin & hardener.
5. Restec Flexitec Powder Hardener: Flexitec 2020 Powder Hardener is added to Flexitec 2020 Resin and Primer to set the curing process in motion.
6. GRP Paddle Roller 6” & 3”: Rollers with steel frames and aluminium paddles with v notches to aid air removal.
7. GRP Soft Application 3- & 6-inch roller: Heavy duty roller with a steel frame, lightweight handle, and nylon roller sleeve, for use with the Fibreglass Roofing system.
