The Klober Universal Tile Vent is the perfect choice for keeping your roof space free from dampness, which, if left unchecked, can lead to mould growth and structural damage. Comprised of a soft and rigid uPVC material, these tile vents feature a low-profile design that will blend seamlessly with your tiles. The Klober Universal Tile Vent is suitable for almost any interlocking or plain tile roof with a pitch of over 17.5°.

Thanks to the built-in downpipe, these tile vents allow for direct ventilation to the roof space and can also facilitate soil/ mechanical ventilation. The Klober Universal Tile Vent is suitable for use with compatible Klober adaptors and flexible pipe fittings and is incredibly easy to install. You simply fit the vent in line with the tile below with an opening cut in the underlay using the template provided.

Once this is done, a black box is inserted through the opening; the tile vent is then fixed into the batten through the nail hole with the wire clip provided. Finally, the front skirt is dressed onto a clean, dry tile surface, all upper skirts are pushed down, and the remaining tiles are laid on either side.
