The Klober Twin Plain Tile Vent is a sleek, in-line solution designed to seamlessly integrate with the most popular concrete interlocking roof tiles. With its innovative design, this vent remains nearly invisible on the roofline and is available in a variety of colors to match different roof styles.

• Special Compatibility: Tailored to fit leading twin plain, concrete interlocking roof tile profiles, including Redland Duo Plain, Marley Ashmore, and Forticrete Gemini.
• Sleek In-Line Design: The low-profile design makes the vent practically undetectable on the roof.
• Direct Ventilation: A built-in downpipe provides direct airflow to the roof space, offering 7,850mm² of ventilation area. This helps prevent mold growth and structural damage from dampness.
• Flexible Use: Can serve as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes, as well as mechanical extraction systems when combined with an adaptor and Flexipipe.
• For installations with Forticrete Gemini tiles, a minimum pitch of 25° is recommended, with a small adjustment potentially required at the bottom of the tile.

Installation Steps:

1. Identify and align the vent position with the tile below.
2. Cut a 120mm x 180mm rectangle and create a star cut from opposing corners.
3. Fold the four tabs back, securing the top tab to the batten above.
4. Place the vent tile, ensuring the fixing clip fits securely under the left-hand interlock of the roof tile.
5. Continue tiling as normal.

• Suitable for roof pitches of 22.5° and higher (25° minimum for Forticrete Gemini).
• Ideal for high and low-level ventilation needs.
