The Klober Limarech Tile Vent in terracotta is a sleek, in-line ventilation solution designed to blend seamlessly with popular concrete interlocking roof tiles. Its discreet design makes the vent almost invisible on the roofline and is available in various colors to match existing roof tiles.

This vent is specially crafted to fit leading concrete interlocking tile profiles, including Marley Ludlow Major, Redland Renown, Russell Cheviot, and Sandtoft Lindum. It’s suitable for roof pitches of 17.5° and above, providing an effective airflow of 10,000mm² to prevent moisture buildup, mold growth, and structural damage caused by poor ventilation. The built-in downpipe ensures a direct path to the roof space, and when paired with an adaptor and Flexipipe, it can serve as a terminal for soil pipes and mechanical extraction systems.

Installation Steps:

1. Align the tile vent with the tile below.
2. Mark a 120mm x 180mm rectangle and create a star cut from opposite corners.
3. Fold the tabs back, securing the top tab to the batten above.
4. Fix the vent tile in place, ensuring the fixing clip is under the left-hand interlock of the roof tile.
5. Continue tiling to complete the installation.
