The Klober Double Pantile Vent is a sleek and efficient solution for ventilating roofs with concrete interlocking tiles. Specially designed to fit leading Double Pantile profiles, such as Marley Mendip, Redland Grovebury, Russell Pennine, and Sandtoft Double Pantile tiles, this vent blends seamlessly into the roofline with its in-line design, making it virtually invisible. Available in a range of colors, it matches perfectly with various roof tiles to maintain a uniform appearance.

The built-in downpipe provides a direct ventilation path into the roof space, delivering 10,000mm² of effective airflow to prevent mold growth and structural damage caused by dampness. With a minimum roof pitch requirement of 17.5°, it’s suitable for both high and low-level ventilation needs. Additionally, the vent can serve as a terminal for soil pipes and mechanical extraction systems when paired with an adaptor and flexipipe, offering versatile functionality.

Installation Instructions:

• Position the tile vent in line with the tile below.
• Mark a 120mm x 180mm rectangle and make a star cut from opposite corners.
• Fold the four tabs back, securing the top tab to the batten above.
• Fix the vent tile in place, ensuring the clip is under the left-hand interlock of the roof tile.
• Continue tiling as usual to complete the installation.
