EcoTherm Eco-Torch
EcoTherm Eco-Torch is a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board designed specifically for flat roof applications. Suitable for new build, refurbishment, or upgrading existing roofs, Eco-Torch combines excellent thermal efficiency with durability and strength.
The boards are faced with coated glass tissue on one side and bitumenised glass tissue with polypropylene fleece on the other, making them ideal for use with torch-on and roll-and-pour felt systems, mastic asphalt, and fully adhered single-ply systems. With thermal conductivities as low as 0.024 W/m·K, Eco-Torch helps achieve high levels of energy efficiency while maintaining a slim profile.
Available in standard sizes of 1200 × 600 mm and thicknesses from 30 mm to 150 mm, Eco-Torch offers design flexibility and reliable performance. With a compressive strength of 150 kPa at 10% compression, it ensures long-term structural integrity under load.
Manufactured in the UK at BES 6001 “Good” certified facilities, Eco-Torch provides a sustainable, high-performance solution for flat roof insulation.
