EcoTherm Eco-Bond
EcoTherm Eco-Bond is a high-performance flat roof insulation board manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. Designed for use in new build, refurbishment, or to upgrade the thermal efficiency of existing roofs, Eco-Bond offers excellent thermal performance with a lightweight yet durable construction.
Faced on both sides with coated glass tissue autohesively bonded to the PIR core, Eco-Bond is suitable for use with fully adhered waterproofing systems, providing a secure and reliable insulation layer. With thermal conductivities as low as 0.024 W/m·K, Eco-Bond achieves outstanding insulation values while maintaining a slim profile.
Available in a range of thicknesses from 25 mm to 160 mm and in board sizes of 1200 × 600 mm or 1200 × 1200 mm, Eco-Bond provides flexibility for different project requirements. It also delivers excellent compressive strength of 150 kPa at 10% compression, ensuring long-term structural integrity under load.
Manufactured in the UK at BES 6001 “Good” certified facilities, Eco-Bond combines sustainability with performance, making it a trusted choice for modern flat roof applications.
