Ecotherm Eco-Torch is a versatile flat roof insulation board designed for use in new build, refurbishment, or to upgrade the thermal performance of existing roofs. Manufactured from rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, Eco-Torch delivers excellent thermal efficiency while maintaining strength and durability.

Durable construction

• Faced with coated glass tissue on one side.
• Bitumenised glass tissue with polypropylene fleece facing on the other.

Wide application suitability

• Torch-on and roll-and-pour felt systems.
• Mastic asphalt.
• Fully adhered single-ply systems.
• Compatible with concrete, timber, or metal decks.

Mechanical performance

• Declared compressive stress: 150 kPa at 10% compression (tested to BS EN 826).
• Approximate weight: 4.27 kg/m² at 100 mm thickness.

Sustainability

• Manufactured at BES 6001 “Good” certified facilities in Pembridge (Herefordshire) and Selby (North Yorkshire).

• Board dimensions: 600 mm (width) × 1200 mm (length).
• Thicknesses: 30 mm – 150 mm.

Fire Performance

• Under System 4 AVCP, Eco-Torch achieves a Euroclass rating of F.
