Ecotherm Eco‑Versal 25mm - 2400mm x 1200mm

EcoTherm Eco-Versal is a high-performance PIR insulation board designed as a versatile 5-in-1 insulation solution for a wide range of construction applications. Suitable for use in floors, walls, roofs, dormer cheeks and ceilings, it provides reliable thermal performance for both new build projects and refurbishment work.

Manufactured with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core, Eco-Versal delivers excellent insulation efficiency with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK across all thicknesses. This helps reduce heat loss and improve the energy efficiency of buildings. The board is finished with aluminium composite foil facings on both sides, which are bonded to the core during manufacture to enhance durability and performance.

Eco-Versal boards are lightweight and easy to handle on site, making them simpler to cut, transport and install compared with some other insulation materials. They are particularly well suited for timber frame wall construction, while also offering an effective solution for insulating solid walls internally, pitched roofs, loft spaces and floors.

Each board measures 1200 mm x 2400 mm and is available in thicknesses from 25 mm to 150 mm, allowing flexibility to meet a variety of insulation requirements. At 100 mm thickness, the board has an approximate weight of 3.11 kg/m², making installation manageable while maintaining strong thermal performance. Eco-Versal also offers a declared compressive stress of 120 kPa at 10% compression when tested to BS EN 826, demonstrating good structural stability under load.

Under System 4 AVCP, Eco-Versal achieves a Euroclass F reaction-to-fire rating.
