Ecotherm 140mm Eco‑Cavity Full Fill Insulation Board

Eco-Cavity Full Fill is designed to maximise thermal performance within masonry cavity walls by completely filling the cavity space. This allows builders and designers to meet stringent U-value targets and Building Regulations without needing to alter standard construction designs.

Manufactured from rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation, Eco-Cavity Full Fill delivers excellent thermal efficiency with a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK across all available thicknesses. Each board is finished with aluminium composite foil facings on both sides, bonded during manufacture to enhance durability and moisture resistance.

Eco-Cavity Full Fill combines high insulation values with robust structural integrity, ensuring reliable performance under compression while providing a simple, cost-effective route to achieving compliance with modern energy efficiency requirements.

Produced at Kingspan Insulation’s Pembridge (Herefordshire) and Selby (North Yorkshire) facilities, Eco-Cavity Full Fill is certified to BES 6001 ‘Good’ for responsible sourcing. Updated Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are currently in development, reflecting the latest data and end-of-life scenarios for improved environmental reporting.
