Cutting Corozinc sheets

Corozinc is a hard-wearing sheet, making it challenging to cut. When cutting Corozinc, use an angle grinder with a metal slitting blade, a fine-toothed saw, or a nibbler tool. Exercise caution when cutting metal sheets, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). To reduce vibrations, support the sheet during cutting. Always follow proper safety procedures and wear PPE while handling, installing, or cutting this sheeting. If cutting to a finished width, cut into the downward slope of the corrugated sheet.
