Castile Striated Promenade Slabs are glass fibre reinforced concrete slabs, manufactured to give the impression of a natural stone finish. Promenade Slabs can be installed with support pads, this means they are much easier to repair and can be inspected as they are not stuck down. This can be helpful if the flat roof or balcony has high traffic. If the weight load can reach particularly high levels at certain points however, it would be advised to install the larger; 600mm x 600mm slabs. 

Striated promenade tiles are one of the most popular choice of flat roof tile, they have been described as having a "bark" like pattern. They have a high slip resistance making them ideal for use as balcony tiles or on flat roof walkways.
