BMI Redland Rosemary Clay Classic Plain Roof Tile 94 Russet Mix (Sanded) 6701-94
The Rosemary name has become synonymous with clay plain tiles, known for adding character and distinction to pitched roofs for more than 175 years. Manufactured from only the finest clays, the Rosemary is offered in a range of attractive finishes to match any aesthetic requirements.
The current Rosemary range of single and cross camber tiles combine the quality of hand crafted clay with the reliable benefits of modern machine made techniques. You can rest assured knowing that these tiles have been rigorously tested before being made available for purchase.
This process involves placing the tiles in a Group wind tunnel where combinations of persistent rain and high wind are used to determine the tiles’ performance with respect to weather tightness and wind loading. All Rosemary clay plain tiles will meet the requirements of BS 5534 (the British Standard for Slating and Tiling).
Installation will be quick and easy when using the classic Rosemary clay plain tiles and the roof surface will be instantly weatherproofed. On top of being a strong resistant roofing solution, a home using Rosemary clay plain tiles will also be visually pleasing.
The five available classic finishes are Red, Light Mixed Brindle, Medium Mixed Brindle, Russet Mix, and Dark Antique. A fresh sixth option has recently been added to the range – this is Blue Brindle, a colour traditionally found in Staffordshire and across the Midlands. All of these colours are aesthetically attractive and striking, guaranteed to make your property pop while providing maximum weather protection.
