BMI Redland Rosemary Clay Classic Half Round Ridge 94 Russet Mix (Sanded) 300mm 8450-94

The Rosemary name is synonymous with clay plain tiles, adding distinction and character to pitched roofs for over 170 years. Today, a range of single and cross-camber tiles combine the quality of hand-crafted clay with the reliability of modern machine-made techniques. Produced from the finest clays, Rosemary is offered in a range of weathered, brindled and single colours that create striking and attractive roofs.

 

They can be dry fixed, mortar bedded only or mortar bedded and mechanically fixed. When ridge tiles are mortar bedded & mechanically fixed, use Clamping Plates and woodscrews, complete with neoprene washers and foam grommets. A 6 mm diameter hole should be carefully drilled centrally in each ridge tile.
