BMI Redland DuoPlain 78 Rustic Red (Coated) Half Roof Tile 610578
Redland has made some adjustments to its popular DuoPlain range and the most innovative change is the introduction of the DuoPlain Half Tile.
A ‘true’ half tile, 150mm wide, with interlocks on both sides, it is a replacement for the Tile-and-a-Half. The versatile, smaller product is much easier to handle than Tile-and-a-Half and is effectively an interlocking plain tile. The DuoPlain Half Tile is more robust than it its predecessor and can be used anywhere on the roof except as the end tile in a course.
The main tile in the DuoPlain range is largely unchanged but nib engagement at steeper pitches has been improved following feedback from roofers and the dummy bond line has been extended down the leading edge to enhance the double lap appearance.
Improvements to this range enhance Redland’s position as a product innovator. Quality is ensured by testing all its roofing systems to perform under the most extreme weather conditions across the UK.
When the DuoPlain Half Tile is used as part of a Redland SpecMaster specification, completed roofs qualify for a 15 year design liability guarantee.
