This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure a smooth and efficient Click and Collect experience.
Step 1: Visit the JJ Roofing Supplies Website.
Open your web browser and visit the JJ Roofing Supplies website. Ensure you have an internet connection and a device (e.g., computer, smartphone, or tablet) to access the site.
Step 2: Identify or Search for the Products you want to Purchase.
Use the search bar or browse the categories to find the roofing materials and products you need. You can filter your search results by product type, brand, or price to make your shopping experience more efficient.
Please Note: Kindly be advised that when opting for the 'Click and Collect' service, it is essential to ensure that all selected items are in stock at the same store rather than distributed across multiple locations.
Step 3: Add Products to Your Basket.
Click on the products you want to purchase to view more details. Select the correct quantity and specifications (size, finishes and amount).
At this stage, you can view the stores with the product available and the stock amount. However, you can only select the store upon checkout.
Click the "Add to Basket" button for each item. This action will add the desired products to your shopping cart.
Step 4: Review Your Cart
Once you have added all the items you need, click on the basket icon in the website's top right corner. This will take you to your shopping basket page.
Review the items in your basket, ensuring you have selected the correct supplies and quantities. You can also make any necessary adjustments at this stage.
Step 5: Proceed to Checkout
After confirming your cart, click the "Checkout" button.
Step 6: Select Click and Collect.
Once you click checkout, fill in your email address at the top. You will be given two shipping options: Delivery and Click and Collect. Choose the "Click and Collect" option. This indicates that you will pick up your order in person rather than deliver it.
To receive your order on the same day, you need to place your order at least three hours before the store's closing time.
For instance, if you're looking to buy roof tiles from the St Albans store, your order must be completed by 1:30 p.m., as the store closes at 4:30 p.m.
If you purchase after 1:30 p.m., your order will be packed and processed on the following day when the store reopens. For example, if you place a click-and-collect order today at 2:30 p.m. in St Albans, your order will be packed at 7:00 a.m. You can pick it up after 10:00 a.m.

Alternatively, stay on the same page, scroll down to the store’s options, and click ‘Pick Up Here’.

After choosing your desired store for collection, click next, and you will be prompted to select the payment method. You can pay via Check / Money order or Pay Online using various services. Now, provide your contact information, including your name, phone number and address. Make sure to enter accurate information, as this will be used to notify you about your order.
Step 9: Payment and Confirmation:
Provide your payment details to complete the transaction.
We accept most payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms. At JJ Roofing Supplies, you also have the option to pay using Klarna or Paypal.
Review your order one last time to ensure all the information is correct.
Step 10: Receive Order Confirmation
