Monarperm 500 has been designed specifically to meet the performance requirements for a pitched roof underlay.

High performance economy vapour permeable membrane for warm or cold pitched roofs,

Features and benefits

  • UV Stable and can be left exposed on site for up to two months
  • Comprises a microporous film protected with durable non woven polypropylene on both sides
  • Lightweight and easy to handle
  • BBA and IAB certified for use in both warm and cold roof applications for both vented and unvented situations
  • Waterproof to a 6m head of water
  • Stable across a wide temperature range
  • Strong and tear resistant
  • Non "tenting" and may be laid directly onto insulation or boarding
