#FiveOfOurFavourite Loft Conversions Part 2

Loft conversions are a fantastic way to increase property value, with many sources claiming it can add over 12% to your properties price. Not all loft conversions are for bedrooms, we've picked five more of our favourite conversions for you to have a look at. If you're thinking of converting your loft, now is a great time to do it as we're offering free delivery on all roof windows.

 #FiveOfOurFavourite Loft Conversions Part 2

1. This tall and narrow space has been converted into an well lit and open plan relaxation zone. Two rows of modular skylights at the apex of the roof provide loads of natural light into the rooms below and provide a feeling of extra space in a room they may have felt cramped.

2. This much darker loft houses three large sofas and a coffee table, carpeted and leading onto a balcony it's a clever use for a loft when another bedroom isn't needed and looks like a great place to chill out and watch a film, although there's no TV in sight.

3. The smallest loft on this list is an extremely clever use of limited space, lit on three sides with windows and a beautiful white wood panel finish on the walls it looks incredibly cosy, although you'd have to be willing to do pull ups to get into bed by the looks of it.

A loft space with just enough room for a bed

4. This simplistic loft is one of my personal favourites. With stripped down features such as the brickwork and and rough wooden panels it's design is very appealing, the bed made from old pallets is a particularly interesting feature.

5. Many lofts in London in particular will have limited space, this particular one showcases how to best utilize any free space that you do have. By using the space above the staircase as a place for a bed these home owners have saved space to fit everything else in the loft as well.

A double bed on top of the stairs makes for a clever use of space
